  1. I was an assistant college baseball coach for ten years and one of the biggest problems that I had encountered was how to keep the student athletes in shape during the off season. The off season for college baseball is the winter time, during which the players would take the time to lift but not aerobically exercise or do any anaerobic exercises. With the new online features that companies like under armor and equinox promote, the players could join and stay physically fit for the upcoming season. What I liked about the article is how the fitness companies are actively and aggressively targeting their audience for participation. It gives the average gym person some motivation and a sense of a team atmosphere for their workouts.
